Open a composer (!) window and enter the toolbar customization dialog:
Drag the new icon to the toolbar:
Use the new icon to delete all nested quotes:
(Note: This works both in plaintext- and html-composer.)
The options-dialog lets you customize...
- the depth/level of quotes to be deleted
- the keyboard-shortcut
- automatic removal of nested quotes
- enhancement of the context-menu
